Just steps to the water with great outdoor dining & living spaces, a private covered boat dock, and public boat ramp just minutes away! 3 spacious bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests, 2 full baths, fully appointed kitchen and laundry, and cozy living spaces make this the perfect getaway for a family or a group of friends looking to enjoy all that lakefront living has to offer.

Enjoy warm inviting spaces with a country/fishing cabin feel. Plenty of perfect spots to sip a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching the birds on the lake. Bring the boat, launch it at the public boat ramp just around the corner, and enjoy world-class fishing and watersports before tying up at the private boat dock just steps from the back door. Relax around the firepit and watch the fireflies on the lawn, or bring your favorite yard games and take advantage of the huge backyard. On rainy days, snuggle in on the comfy couches to watch a movie or play a game. There's something for everyone here, rain or shine!

Southern hospitality at its best! From the snack basket (which was quickly eaten) to the clean and comfortable beds, the entire experience was focused with guests’ comfort in mind. Highly recommend this peaceful place in the rolling hills of Dayton. No water when we were there, but would imagine it would be great fishing off the dock.

Dayton Lakefront

We really enjoyed our time at this lakefront home. The house was well equipped and matched the listing exactly. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything in the Dayton area. The host was very responsive and helpful. If we get the opportunity to we would love to be a guest here again. Thanks for a great couple of days!
