Woeful check in, lumpy old mattress, not great tbh

Absolutely shocking check in, ignorant member of staff told us to wait & then he just walked off. After a little while a different member of staff saw us standing there & came over. She could see how aggravated we were, offered us a free drink each & tried to offer good service, but it was a very poor check in. They clearly skimp on the maintenance too, lots of bodging in the room we were in.

Staff lovely, room horrible

Room was warm and stuffy couldn’t get good sleep because of these conditions. Loud neighbours in a quiet section didn’t help either. Our room was pretty dirty.

Basic hotel. Handy location close to my business meeting. One of the bed pillows had a strong smell of nicotine. Water drain in shower clogged, free breakfast just ticks the box as long as you avoid coffee. Good value for money considering location.

Good stay

It was a very nice hotel at a reasonable price point. Although some things could use updating the excellent staff and high standard of service made up for it. Breakfast was okay but I would definitely go there again given the chance. Very clean and pleasant.
