Hotel under renovation not mentioned. Had to have my room key reprogrammed three different times front desk clerks seem very bothered by each time I ask her to reprogram it. Another hotel guest was telling me they had to have their hotel room key reprogram along with changing rooms because their room was not clean.

The hotel is being remodeled. Elevators are being used as freight elevators. Woke up to the sounds of work being done just outside my room. The front desk was literally a table set up inside the main door. Thermostat for the room didn't work. The person who checked me in was very nice and helpful. I feel like $133 for a few hours of sleep is outrageous considering i woke up in tge middle of a job site.

Under renovations.. The main lobby was blocked due to renovations. We stayed in a newly updated room which still had the new construction smell. It was a nice room with a balcony bay view. It was the perfect location for us. Closw enough to Mobile yet my low key relaxed.

Room was clean and smelled fresh. We had 2 queen beds and it had a microwave and fridge. Free breakfast. The night desk worker was so friendly and kind, as was the morning one. We just stayed one night as a halfway point between our 2 destinations. It was me, my husband, our 2 kids abd our little cocker spaniel. Great stay!
