Seems like a great hotel, made a mistake and booked at the wrong location so wasn't able to stay and the front desk couldn't cancel my reservation so I was out what I spent and had to pay for another hotel. Not the hotels fault, but it would have been nice to get at least one night refunded.

Parking was not easy. Lots of people parking that were not staying at the hotel. No easy access into the hotel from the parking garage. Needs more amenities and dining options for the price of the room!
