Renovations to the room were haphazard. Family in another room had a cockroach in there and I saw one in the hallway the next morning. The hot tub wasn't up to proper temperature. The pool water was cold. Workers in the hotel hit a water line or something causing the fire alarms to go off for a very long time. Hotel staff couldn't figure out how to turn them off on our floor. Then water had to be turned off in the hotel for several hours and hot water wasn't available for even longer. Breakfast was good and had Texas shaped waffles. Staff were nice except for one guy at the front desk.

Loved their breakfast everyday, rooms were very clean, beds absolutely hated, woke up every day with my whole body hurting bad, swimming pool water was absolutely freezing cold it sucked couldnt even swim in it was so cold, hot tub felt a little colder then what it should of been set at but wasnt to bad

This is the second time staying at this location and both times we had a great experience! Staff is always helpful, our room was clean, the breakfast was good, the hotel is affordable and the amenities are kept nice. We will likely be coming back the next time we are in the area.

No horrible wifi couldn’t even get it to work without lagging issues or disconnecting multiple times. Had to use my hotspot to use my computer. The pool and hot tub were what we wanted to use but they were so filthy that you couldn’t even see your limbs under the water. And might I remind yall it’s 4 ft deep which you should have no issue seeing your feet. The elevators were extremely terrifying I had to use the stairs most of the time. Bugs and concrete in stair well. Floors in room left a sticky black substance on our feet making us have to buy alcohol to wipe off every single time. Key cards would take forever to work for doors. Ceiling by the pool was leaking. Tub was disgusting. To wrap it up I paid over 300$ for 3 nights and it was horrible, couldn’t even use any of the amenities and felt uncomfortable enough to not even shower since it was disgusting
