Yes, the breakfast was wonderful and so was our accommodations for the room. We have decided to only stay at Best Western locations for the nice rooms, service, accommodations, and for the reasonable pricing. Also wanted to mention the excellent assistance provided by Tonya who was working the front desk. She was so friendly and a wonderful person to have met. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I had issues with the toilet not flush properly and the bath tub not draining. I informed the front desk and she assured me that I would be moved to a different room and that I would have to wait until a unit is cleaned and it would be ready in the afternoon. When I returned and spoke to a different front desk agent there was no room setup for me. When I spoke to the assistant manger this morning. he stated he would look into but here it is hours later and he did nothing. The communication here is terrible and the staff needs to be trained in customer service
