対応の遅さ、親切度の悪さ、室内備品の悪さ、ホテルの金額には到底納得できない所 朝食券も滞在3日に対して一枚しかくれない、 過去最低のホテルであった

外出から戻るたび、ドアのロックが解錠出来ず、6回フロントを往復した。クレームをつけ部屋をチェンジさせたが、最初は今の部屋を使えと言われた。

いくら中国でも・・・・

フロントでは日本語はもちろん英語もイマイチで、いきなり日本人の予約は入っていない、と中国語でつぶやかれました。やっと探して予約は見つかりましたが。部屋の掃除は午後３時になっても来ないので、同じ階にいた清掃員にこちらから２回催促し、やっと来てもゴミ箱のごみも片付けず、タオルをもう一枚希望しましたが、わかったと言ったのに置いていかない。まあ、いくら中国でもひどすぎるなあ、という感じでした。もう二度と利用しません。朝食は期待できないと思って食べに行きませんでしたが、推して知るべしという感じでしょうか？。
