Had no Issues staying at this Hotel. Perfect Location to walk to the Dragon Bridge as they followed through a gave me a room facing the tail end of the Dragon which was fine, just means i had to walk over. Also a 15min walk was the Han Market, so Location was Perfect. Staff were very attentive and always caring and would always ask if help was needed. Thank You to the Staff Members Tien, Tuan and Huyen. Grateful to have had great service. Breakfast was delicious as well. Would recommend and stay here again in the Future. They were alao helpful with Booking Trips like Ba Na Hills and Hue City Trips from the Hotel.

Location was perfect! Close to the airport, short walk to the Dragon Bridge, and endless food options outside the hotel. The included breakfast was excellent as well! Room was spacious and clean. Water bottles were topped up every day and small box of chocolates delivered was the perfect evening treat! Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.

Great location and amazing view of the dragon bridge and city. Staff (Tuan, Huyen, Vy) were incredibly helpful- called airport and got our list baggage delivered to the hotel! Rooms were clean and had all amenities needed even with our missing luggage. Excellent breakfast buffet with many options.

Hotel was good. Spaces were clean and staff were helpful. The best thing about the hotel was the location - super central and walkable distance to many key attractions and cafes. Would recommend staying here to anyone. One thing to note - check in timings in Vietnam are usually around 4pm so plan accordingly!

The location is good enough to go around or by Grab. Very short distance and convenient. The hotel is consider as clean and friendly. One thing I dislike is the hotel stated it is a non-smoking hotel, but when I smelled the 2nd hand smoke and check with the reception, they told me can smoke around the emergency exit. I happened to stay next to the exit staircase . As an asthmatic, I find it no good for the arrangement even I highlighted and called in advance immediately after booking.

The room was perfect! Clean, spacious. Hotel location was fantastic, walking distance to The Dragon Bridge and the market. The staff were super polite and attentive. Wish we could have stayed longer but I would definitely book back.

I won’t stay here again if we ever came back- House cleaner didn’t clean at all they do it just replace towels and they charge me towel cause they said i make it stain and close each towel for 170000 dong and front desk said 2 towels but I thought 2 towels are 340000 dong but she told me it 380000 dong (hahaha I never hear that before in my life this is first time I ever hear too funny too me) And also the front desk people not too friendly they look like they didn’t want to go to work and the valet people who open the doors more happy and friendly than front desk people and breakfast needs more options look like they have same food. And pillow is has blood stain in there we didn’t rely until at the end of our stay and they didn’t put toilet people in room. And the housekeeper people are so loud they talk to each other on the hallway like they argue with each other.
