Loved everything about Hoi An Delicacy Hotel! Location was perfect (convenient, but away from tourist central), breakfast was extensive and delicious, and staff were so friendly & helpful. We got the family connected room which was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

An amazing hotel with an even more amazing staff! The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the breakfast is delightful, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located in a very secure and peaceful area, making for a relaxing stay. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Foreigners in an unfamiliar country are treated like family. We loved our time at Hoi An Delicacy Hotel and Spa, and felt pampered and well cared for. The staff we happy, even early in the morning when I woke up to cut fruit for my children in the kitchen. The children loved having their own room, and we enjoyed having the extra space and alone time. We look forward to returning next year.

We would highly recommend this hotel! It has everything you need and we loved the free bicycle hire available so we could explore at our leisure. The rooms are immaculate and well proportioned and would even say the photos don’t do it justice. Incredible staff including Victor, Christ and Susan who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were quick to help with our questions and offer great local options for tailoring and leather goods. We look forward to returning someday soon!

The staff was excellent. Really friendly, helpful and proactive. There was always someone to greet you in the morning and whenever you're walking around. They were really accommodating and ready to make sure our needs were met.

Totally Enjoyable Stay At Hoi An Delicacy Hotel

Excellent hotel, service, facilities & rooms. Conveniently located about 15mins walk to tourist attractions in the Hoi An Ancient Town, restaurants, Thu Bon River. GM, Sophia Vu was very helpful & knowledgeable with great recommendations on what to do & where to go. Her staff especially Chloe, Susan & Hannah as well as the F&B team were also very helpful, proactive & always happy to assist & focused on Customer Satisfaction. We hope to return one day to enjoy the wonderful hospitality of the Hoi A Delicacy Hotel! Highly recommended if you ever plan on spending a few days in Hoi An.
