The hotel is a beautiful looking hotel,the pool area is picturesque. We had a room overlooking the pool with a small balcony . The rooftop bar was lovely to have a drink on and enjoy the view watching the sunset. All the staff were lovely especially Susan,who would always check everything was okay with us. The hotel is in a convenient location, it was about a ten minute walk into the Old Town. There were plenty of restaurants and massage salons close by. There was plenty of choices at breakfast.

Amazing hotel! Very friendly staff, located close to the old town, free bicicles available, great breakfast and all in all a pleasant. The entire staff tries to make sure you are cared for as good as possible and will also arrange some additional help if required. This hotel was amazing, from the initial greeting from the reception staff Chloe and Hanna we knew it was going to be a great stay they were incredible. The rooms were amazing and the location is prime only 10 minute walk into the city centre. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Hoi An.
