This is an architecturally stunning hotel. The staff are incredible and the breakfast and coffees were fabulous. However, there are some things I wished I knew. There is no easy link between pool and beach. The pool is in the main hotel building in a stand alone area under a roof. There are chairs and loungers at front of hotel overlooking beach, mostly shaded. To get from pool to lounger means going to a separate area. The hotel is on a small raised area so to get to the sea you climb down 3 sets of bamboo steps. Fine, but not a resort type experience. This not the location for sunbathing and going in and out of sea or pool. Service at the loungers was very patchy. Neighbourhood is very chill with lots of local restaurants and spas. Hotel has bicycles. Grab taxis very easy to order at this location. And yes, let me say again the staff are lovely. WiFi strong.

Super mysigt litet hotell, man blev som en liten familj och det kändes i hjärtat att behöva lämna dem. Personalen var helt fantastiska och servicen var super bra! Maten på hotellet var mycket god och prisvärd. Rummen var riktigt fräscha och rena! Ett Stort Tack till hotell manegern Hoa som gjorde ett fantastiskt jobb med att ta hand om oss på bästs möjliga sätt! Massage på hotellet kan varmt rekommenderas och stort tack till LeYen och Yen som gjorde allt för att jag och min man skulle få en fin stund tillsammans under behandlingen. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell för dem som vill känna sig väl omhändertagen och välkomnad och få ett tillskott till familjen. Stort stort Tack!

Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sehr leckeres Essen. Außer aus den 2 Managerinnen konnte aber kaum jemand Englisch und die Kommunikation war schwierig. Das Hotel ist hübsch, neu und es gibt noch ein bisschen was zu lernen. Pool ist schön, aber sehr kalt. Kein direkter Strandzugang nicht vorhanden, sieht auf den Bildern aber so aus.

Fantastisk og unikt hotell ved stranden. Veldig god service, fine rom og deilig frokost. Fikk hjelp til å booke biler og togbilletter, og fikk masse god tips både til Hoi An og Hue. Veldig hyggelige ansatte som alltid var tilgjengelige!

Vi fik et værelse direkte placeret over deres bar/køkken, så allerede fra kl. 6:15 var der aktivitet og støj, hvilket er træls når man er på ferie. Adgang til værelset var direkte fra gangen, og da det regnede meget, blev man meget forstyrret af regnen der larmede på døren. Vi ville gerne have noget at drikke efter en tur i centrum, men de kunne ikke tilbyde noget selv om klokken kun var 9pm. Ved samme lejlighed så vi to store rotter pile rundt, og til trods for at vi nævnte det for aftenportienen og endda oversatte ordet “rotte” for ham, smilte han bare og forstod tilsyneladende ikke hvad vi mente.
