It is a lovely and clean hotel. The staff are super helpful. Special mention to Kathy who was so lovely. When I wasn't feeling well she made me a ginger tea and delivered it to the room. She is such an asset to this company. Great location to old town and the complimentary shuttle was such an easy and convenient service.

Me and my wife stayed here during our 1st wedding anniversary trip to Vietnam. The staff were all super friendly and helpful but Kathy really went the extra mile. From check in she congratulated us and went out of her way to offer useful information about the area and the hotel which was much appreciated. Every time she saw us she made sure to say hello and ask what we had been up to and what we had planned next. She is an absolute credit to the hotel and made our stay really comfortable and memorable. The hotel itself is stunning and the room was amazing. The location is great, just outside of Hoi An so a 5min Grab ride which is very cheap, or about a 20min walk so it’s nearby without the noise and crowds. Also the hotel has multiple free shuttles every day into and out of Hoi An so can’t fault the service. Breakfast was excellent with great quality food and choice. We loved our complimentary foot massage in the spa and both pools are great for a relaxing dip and a few drinks, especially during 241 happy hour. All in all we couldn’t be happier with our time at the Grand Sunrise Palace. Would highly recommend.

We had the presidential suite and it was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the roof top pool was great for proper swimming.

Awesome hotel in Hoi An.

From check in to check out the stay the service was beyond special. Lily went out of her way to see to our needs. Tom in the restaurant was very accommodating and helpful. The best hotel in Vietnam and I will definitely recommend.

Wow! What a gem!!! Beautiful hotel! Fantastic staff, Kathy and Anne really made us feel like VIPs, catering to every ask. Beautiful rooms, just like the pictures, excellent pools (2). Great food. Transportation to the old quarter was included which made it even more enjoyable and money saving experience. Breakfast was included. Outstanding Stay at Grand Sunrise Palace Hotel! We had an incredible stay at the Grand Sunrise Palace Hotel in Hoi An. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our visit. A special thank you to Ame, the Guest Services Manager, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. She made sure every detail of our stay was perfect and gave us great local tips to enhance our visit. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. We loved the comfortable bed and the modern amenities—it really felt like a luxurious retreat. Breakfast each morning was fantastic with a wide selection of fresh, delicious options catering to all tastes. On our departure, Koi, our driver, made our journey to the airport smooth and stress-free. He was punctual, professional, and very kind—a wonderful end to a great trip. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Family Getaway with a Touch of Luxury

The hotel was amazing,luxurious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ame for the extra friendly service, it really made our stay even more enjoyable. Our six-year-old daughter loved the play area in the restaurant, which gave us the chance to relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. A truly refreshing and memorable stay.

Overall, this property was great, but it does feel a bit on the older side. I noticed a smell coming from the vent when the AC was turned on, and one night, I had to leave the balcony door open. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. The staff could be a bit more attentive—less time on personal phones during check-in would improve the experience. That said, for the price and convenience, the hotel isn’t a bad choice.

The hotel is really nice and new. Jay at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful when we had questions. Thank you Jay for making our experiences GREAT! THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS EXCELLENT! The best breakfast buffet we had so far from the other two places we stayed at. The restaurant food in the hotel was AMAZING! We ended up eating at the hotel restaurant our last 2 days after finding out the food in the restaurant tasted WAY BETTER than outside food. All the staff is very helpful and try their best to understand. We brought some fruits from outside to the lobby and the staff was so nice by offering to cut and bring the fruits to us. Hoi An night market is 14 mins drive and the Hoi An old town is only 7 mins from the hotel. The hotel offers shuttle ride to and from Hoi An old town at no cost. I wish the property was bigger and have more things to do after 9pm. After 9pm the place is very quiet. Overall 9.5!!! Love it!
