What a great property!!! Great location! Great staff!!! Amazing view from the rooftop!!! I definitely enjoy my stay here. I would love to come back and stay again should the universe allow it. The only spot where the property is lacking is the GYM. That was a real let down for me. It really could use an update from equipment used in the 2008-2010 era. The pool is very nice and overlooks the river. The bar has an amazing view out toward the ocean and the city that faces the ocean. The staff is definitely top of the line. They were so very nice, respectful and extremely helpful. This property has great potential to be top of the line. However, certain amenities left one, wanting……. There is a gym a few doors down that offers a nice alternative. There are also a bakery across the street, two convenience stores north of the building by a block and several great restaurants all around. The central location of the building really paid off for me. Out of 5 stars. Definitely 4.5
