Location central but more to tourist attractions, Coffee shops nearby, convenience stores not so close. Limited restaurants nearby for walking distance. Beautiful view of Han River. If you drive to places then it is central for everything. Breakfast was outstanding and pool area was great.

Room is clean, view is beautiful, food is great, staff is friendly. What stood out to me is when I went to the 4th floor on our first day to have breakfast and I saw one staff show a written review excitedly to another staff member. It shows me they take a lot of pride in providing excellent service.
