Small space - bunker beds were not safe ... some stains on the bunker beds mat protector ... thick dust above the fridge - where the TV was put and its remote control ... a window was open when we arrived so we only noticed it earlier in the morning as it got really cold (we arrived late at night). So overall, poor experience.

Short Hotel Review We had a wonderful stay here as a family of four. Our newly renovated room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable for all of us. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Every dish tasted fresh and hygienic. Besides the great accommodation, the hotel boasts an ideal location for skiing. All staff members are warm and friendly. We are thoroughly satisfied with this trip and plan to come back again next year.

Positives Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location Excellent mexican restaurant Drawbacks No on site parking. Closest overnight parking 200m but could be further Property is quite dated. Photos are more flattering than reality One heater for three rooms. Draft from windows.

Super helpful staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. Being able to rent simple, reliable snow gear directly from Carinya at a very decent rate took a lot of hassle out of our trip. Room was clean and quiet and we loved the bonfire, but the unexpected gem was the restaurant where the friendly, easygoing staff fed us delicious, traditional Indian food at about half the price of what we'd pay in Canberra or Sydney. Thanks team, we'll be back!
