Clean room. Plenty of parking.

Always lovely staff who can’t help you enough.

Room was clean, staff so helpful, breakfast so stunning..my balcony was the biggest balcony I ever had. But because I am muslim I can’t take complimentary wine, so maybe you can offer me others option.

After booking a 2 bedroom apartment again from a previous stay, last time we stayed there the lifts were broken and made a horrendous noise all night and we couldn't sleep, as our room was right next to the lift, we asked to move because we had no sleep, on our return this time I specifically emailed because of the noise last time, and the reply was they can't promise anything but will see what they can do, we got our room keys, and it was the directly next to the lifts again. One lift was being replaced but the other kept us awake with how noisy it was. We feel we were deliberately put right next to the lifts again after requesting not to be. There was no compensation or even free parking offered as half of the underground carpark was fenced off and we were charged full price. Also, there is only 2 teabags and 2 coffee pods in the each room.

Lovely hotel, great room with a very comfortable bed and great showers ....
