This is a family owned and operated unofficial B & B . They are not friendly especIally the older lady. I regret booking this place. Unsafe, they keep the doors locked, not for your safety but because there is no one at the front desk. Almost no food options nearby. Tours will not pick you up here. Its a tourist trap and scam where they charge you for everything that should come with your stay.

The owner of the hotel was one of the best hosts I have ever dealt with. He was always willing to help with what I needed. He even hunted down some aloe gel for me because I burned myself so bad. Definitely recommend.

Our visit was very enjoyable !! The staff was very attentive, when we arrived to pick us up at the airport and also provide with information about the tourism areas to visit, how they can facilitate with no obligation or feeling pushy. Also the breakfast is home made, they are so sweet and you can feel the warm welcome and care they make their breakfast with. They also mentioned that they like to make it very nutritious because they know that visitors have long days, and is true, it feels very healthy and made with love. Very clean and just overall a great experience for us. Victor was very attentive, Eliza and Miguel also very welcoming. Thank you so much!

The property was a good place to stay in but they seemed to be renovating. It is definitely an up and coming hotel with really good potential and would definitely stay there again. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Also their breakfast was great! It included fresh fruit and food prepared as you sat down, so nothing was being put out.
