The hotel itself is cute and charming, with nice décor and thoughtful amenities, but unfortunately, my overall experience wasn’t great. A few days before my check-in, I requested an airport pickup and provided my full flight details well in advance. However, the reception insisted that my flight was going elsewhere and not to Cusco, so they didn’t arrange the pickup. We ended up having to find our own transportation upon arrival. Additionally, the water shut off in the middle of my shower, which was quite frustrating. While the room setup and amenities were nice, the lack of helpfulness from the reception and the service issues made the stay less enjoyable. I personally wouldn’t stay here again and would choose another hotel next time I visit Cusco.

Great Hotel & location. Extras provided in the room were fantastic. Best shower-head ever experienced in years of travel. Sour Pisco & Cerviche classes were awesome and Kiki the resident Alpaca was interesting and friendly. Also would like to compliment Jayherine who found my wife’s wallet in the restaurant and returned it within 30min!

The space was clean and airy. It was nice to share a king sized bed after a few weeks of travelling. There were nice touches like complimentary chocolaty treats. There were a lot of included items like personal bug spray, toiletries, etc. though thoughtful, I worry about potential waste overall with these features (for example we did not need any of these). The breakfast was really wonderful. There were a lot of programs offered during the day that we did not take advantage of because of our short stay. Overall, a few min walk off the main strip but that was ok by us. Union provided everything we needed!

Union Hotel Cusco truly felt like a home away from home. The property has a cozy, homey vibe and is perfectly located—just steps from San Pedro Market and within easy reach of shops and restaurants in the area. The staff were amazing—warm, welcoming, and helpful in every way. We were celebrating both our birthday and honeymoon, and the thoughtful welcome surprise of amenities in our room made the occasion feel extra special. Thank you for acknowledging and celebrating with us! Overall, our stay was comfortable, memorable, and filled with genuine hospitality. It’s like a secluded getaway that just appears behind a min descript door. Local shopping and entertainment is nearby, but you have to walk a few blocks of empty to get to it. But once you’re in the Union there isn’t a lot of reason to leave. Friendly staff, open design, and onsite restaurant and bar. Rooms are really clean. The food at the restaurant was really awesome and the service excellent.

A nice hotel, great location, good restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Kiki the alpaca was a real treat! Only downside is the noise - could hear everything going on outside and in adjacent rooms. Hotel could benefit by posting “quiet hours” at least to contain the noise from those staying at the hotel
