Cozy apartment in convenient neighborhood

All was great with this apartment with the exception of my 18 year old son inviting 2 extra guests which we didn’t realize would essentially double the rate so just be sure to check On the rate for your # of guests when making the reservation. And then my son and his friends made a mess which poor Cecelia had to deal with on New Year’s Eve— for which I can’t apologize enough! The apartment is cozy and it’s in a safe neighborhood with tons of restaurants, a supermarket etc.
