L’hôtel était full alors j’ai hérité d’une chambre… « difficile » mais ils sont charmants et dès qu’ils on pu, jls m ont donné la plus merveilleuses des chambres. Iris et Imperatriz m’ont super aidé pour tout; billet de bus, visite…. Merci

Bra og rimelig overnatting, store rom og ok frokost. Kort vei til sentrum, stille og rolig område. Kun spansktalende i resepsjon. Renhold kunne vært noe bedre, var noe små maur på rommet.

PASAMOS DOS NOCHES EN EL HOTEL Y LA VERDAD ES QUE SE TRATA DE UN ALOJAMIENTO EXTREMADAMENTE SENCILLO, SE ENTIENDE QUE ESTÁ EN LA PARTE ANTIGUA DE CUSCO, PERO LA VERDAD SOLO ES EL SERVICIO MÁS ELEMENTAL DE ALOJAMIENTO, NO HAY INSECTOS EN LAS CAMAS Y SUS COLCHONES SON CÓMODOS, PERO NOS HOSPEDARON EN UNA HABITACIÓN POR LA QUE PASAN LAS TUBERÍAS DEL DRENAJE Y TODA LA NOCHE SE ESCUCHA EL PASO DE AGUAS DE LAS DEMÁS HABITACIONES, MUY MOLESTO, EL DESAYUNO SENCILLO PERO BIEN, NO HAY NINGUNA POSIBILIDAD DE ESTACIONAMIENTO, ES UNA CALLE MUY ESTRECHA Y EN PENDIENTE, NO MUY ALEJADA DEL CENTRO DE LA CIUDAD PERO SUBIR AL HOTEL CAMINANDO ES UN ESFUERZO GRANDE PARA PERSONAS MAYORES O ENFERMAS, EN ESPECIAL POR LA ALTURA SOBRE EL NIVEL DEL MAR .

Buena ubicacion pero nada mas....

En realidad, el hotel no nos gusto y decidimos quedarnos solo porque era temporada alta en Cusco y ya habiamos cancelado el total de nuestra estadia. De acuerdo a la pagina web de hotel, este constaba como tres estrellas, pero deberia ser considerado como un hostal. Su ubicacion es excelente ya que esta a pocas cuadras de la Plaza de Armas. El personal fue amable y nos ayudo con loso tours de los alrededores del Cusco. Sin embargo, las condiciones de la habitacion fueron muy pobres. Nuestra habitacion tenia cubrecamas manchadas, sabanas rotas, el espejo roto, un tomacorriente pegado con cinta adhesiva (fotos disponibles). No teniamos suficientes almohadas y cuando solicitamos una, nos dieron una almohada de bebe. El desayuno que estaba incluido era sumamente basico y si la comida se terminaba antes de lo previsto (6-9 am) perdias el desayuno. El servicio de internet era sumamente inestable, funcionaba a partir de las dos o tres de la manana y en una sola esquina de la habitacion.
