Overall great place to stay. Beds are comfy and hotel is located in a quiet and wealthy area of Cusco. It is far from all the central attractions but taxis are affordable and wee value silence way more. Close to airport. OK breakfast and free transfer. They can improve on cleaning though

Very friendly and helpful staff. The place was really nice and in a quiet residential location close to the airport. Nice view of the mountains. Wi-fi is decent. We stayed for 3 nights and didn't have any major problems. They even allowed us to store our luggage as we went to Aguas Calientes (Machupicchu).

You have to pay extra for heater. Hot water was so irregular. Breakfast was the same food all day. Internet wasn't reliable, most of the time was slow and couldn't get connected.

The property is very close to airport but later we found out it is quite easy just to take a taxi to airport from cusco old town. One window in our room couldn't close itself properly and the hotel doesn't have other available rooms so the front desk gave us a heater. The bed is comfortable and overall it is cheap and nice for just one night transit from cusco to Lima.

One recommendation for improvement is that the hotel should offer breakfast earlier in the morning. Breakfast is not ready early enough, 7 am is too late for people with early air flights. They should serve breakfast earlier for people with early plane flights especially considering that the hotel is right by the airport. That’s why we chose the hotel! It was a disappointment that we could not have breakfast.

Se aconseja este hotel si quieres estar alejado del centro de Cusco, en mi caso lo utilice x la cercanía al aeropuerto a 10 min. se encuentra en un área residencial muy segura y tranquila el hotel es como una casa de 5 pisos los servicios muy buenos.
