The room is very clean and modern looking. The extreme downside is it has no heating, AC or any type of ventilation. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating, and kept our luggage while we traveled to Machu Picchu..

This was a nice apartment with a great view of Cusco. The owners (while not english speaking) were very nice and even organised washing for us. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen / lounge area was nice. A couple of things to note about the property. In winter it gets quite cold (there is a oil fin heater provided). The bathroom is very little (which is standard for Cusco) and the shower has a retrofitted heater shower head. These seem to be in all places that don't have a hot water supply, and only operate with one tap. So you kind of get the choice of hot water with low pressure or high pressure with colder water. The property is also not actually located on a vehicle street, which makes it harder when booking taxis / day trips. It is located up a pedestrian street only, half way up a large flight of stairs. So just something to note if you have lots of luggage or don't like stairs. We had a very nice stay here, and were very happy with the apartment. Only a 5-10 min walk to restaurants and the main plaza.
