Terrible. Me trate de comunicar semanas ante, envíe mensaje, llamé. Todo sin éxito. Todo para llegar a Cusco y enterarme que el hotel estaba cerrado. PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA.

CONVENIENTE

Buen hotel, cuenta con ascensor y queda ubicado cerca al aeropuerto. En mi caso fue una habitación bastante amplia, cama cómoda, buenas cobijas y almohadas. Su personal muy amable, se le puede pedir opinión sobre los lugares a conocer cuando se visita esta ciudad. Ofrecen un transporte de traslado pago al hotel con un valor de 15 soles, el cual se debe reservar con anticipación. Mantienen en recepción agua caliente para preparar el mate de coca, indispensable para las personas recién llegadas y que sufren de mal de altura. Señal wifi buena en ciertos sectores del hotel. El hotel tiene agua caliente para ducharse. Como recomendaciones: 1. Arreglar cortina del baño, ya que está muy alta y al momento de ducharse se termina mojando el piso de afuera de la ducha. 2. Mejorar el desayuno de cortesía, el cual se promociona como continental, pero estuvo en realidad muy pobre, algunas piezas de pan tajado tostado, algunas piezas de jamón y queso, y agua para preparar infusión.

Warm water was lauw, te koud om ligbad te nemen. De klusjesman kon/wou het water niet warmer instellen. Ligt dichtbij luchthaven, mooi uitzicht en net. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam en redelijk personeel. Een aanrader als je laat arriveert of vroeg een vlucht moet nemen. Niet als je een ontspannend bad wilt wat voor ons een must was. Hotel voldeed hierdoor niet aan onze verwachtingen.
