Vorsicht! Sehr unzuverlässig

Ich habe das Hotel abends gebucht und musste bei der Ankunft feststellen, dass Ave Azul ausgebucht war und Hotels.com einen „Fehler“ gemacht hätte. Wie auch immer - es war schon nach 22 Uhr und ich musste eine andere Unterkunft in Cusco suchen. Das Geld wurde von Hotels.com dennoch abgebucht und das Hotel hat es bis heute, trotz gegenteiliger Aussagen, nicht zurück überwiesen.

Todo muy bien te sientes como en casa, lo único incómodo es que no tienes llave de la entrada principal entonces te sientes un poco presionado por la hora de regresar ya que da pena estar tocando el timbre ya tarde.
