Noisy. Dogs barking. No elevator. Staff wont treat nice if you canr speak well in Spanish. 2staff members laughed n another had no patience. Over charged for breakfast. One person aif 5 soles n another raised it to 10 soles. Location sucked.

It was comfortable stay at this location! 12 mins walk to center plaza - Cathedral! Panoramic view room was best!
