After a flight of over 30 hours, I was completely exhausted, but the warm hospitality from the staff and even being offered breakfast made such a thoughtful impression—it truly made my first experience in Barcelona incredibly positive. All the staff were consistently attentive and caring, the hotel was spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The minibar is complimentary, and there’s always ice cream available in the lobby, which was a lovely touch.
The highlight of this hotel is definitely its location. It’s right across the street from Casa Batlló, and there’s a метро station just 30 seconds away. Being in the heart of the city, everything—shopping, restaurants, and more—is within walking distance.
It was an amazing stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone I know.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was in a great location for walking around and exploring. The only complaint was that we could have been offered more capsules for our coffee than the one a day.
