we chose this property because of the hot tub. I have joint issues so soaking in a hot tub is beneficial to me. But the Jets on this hot tub were not working. When I asked staff about it, he said we just have hot water no bubbles. I have never encountered a hot tub where the jets don’t work. There was a button on the wall that we pressed several times to no avail. So I assume at one time they did work. Maybe that is something they should put online. Because the several people that have asked me about my stay I told them definitely don’t choose this property.

The hotel is in a nice location and does have nice ammenities. The breakfast was very good and a nice selection and the common area is very nice. Coffee is good. But the hot tub did not work and the front desk really did not care at all. Plus the pool was filthy. Looks like it had not been cleaned for quite a long time. Also, the air conditioning in the room by the bed was o.k. and would cool that room. But the rest of the room and the entire hotel was hot. Uncomfortably hot and stuffy and no air flow. The place really could use a little work and then would be much more appealing.

Excellent, clean, quiet hotel with great breakfast. It was nice they had all the amenities with hairdryer, mouth wash, lotion plus they had shampoo, conditioner, body wash in eco friendly refill dispensers attached to the wall and also 'fridge, microwave, big TV and lots of luggage racks and separate trash and recycling bins. I have never seen a hotel have recycling bins in the room and I thought that was great. And of course so nice to the have the pool and hot tub too and easy access to great bike trail too!

I loved that when I checked in, the person who greeted me was engaging & kind. However, one of my kids left their plushie and mini blanket on the couches, and the following day it was still there. I was surprised that no one decided to check the area and place the items behind the counter as lost & found. My kids and I enjoyed everything else. Breakfast was good (except the biscuits). I saw the staff always stocked up when it was starting to run low. Thanks for the stay.
