Our room was fairly clean, there were some areas that definitely needed some attention and touch-ups. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Furnishings needed updating, the middle sofa cushion was inches below the other sides of the sofa. The thermostat was missing a battery cover. Continental breakfast was good, although there was no one regularly attending to the breakfast area.

There was a glitch on the app when scheduling my overnight stay and when I showed up I was informed that there was nothing they could do and were very rude about it and would do nothing to fix it. Would not recommend they will take your money and leave you with no place to sleep for the night.

Hot tub out if order. Both i and my husband cinfirmed with front desk that pool and hot tub functional. They were dishonest to us and that was not fair. We should get a complete refund. Staff didn't care hot tub not functional. I do.

The two room suite was ok. The beds were not comfortable at all. We spent 4 nights and I had to ask for toilet paper multiple times. They often would forget when I would call. The bathrooms by the pool, and by the conference room were not clean. Always trash on the ground, no TP in one of them for at least 2 of the 4 days we were there. The pool towels were never in the pool room. I had to ask for them nightly. The breakfast was slim pickings. The gravy both mornings barely warmed. I chose this hotel because the location. It is close to my daughter, shopping and dining. Being familiar with Eau Claire, I thought this was good a choice. I do not see myself staying there again with my family.
