We had a lovely stay at Casa Victoire. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the kitchen is very well-equipped which we really appreciated. Our host Maly was very helpful and responsive, and we thank her for her hospitality.

Wonderful 19 days at Casa Victoire! We were welcomed by Maly on our arrival. We had also rented a car with Nono which was parked. Everything was spotless. . The kitchen had everything we needed. Throughout the stay our host was very responsive. Casa Victoire is located in a more residential neighborhood with lots of friendly dogs. The two minute walk to the kayaks is easy. We enjoyed going to pines island on several occasions. Cul de sac is close to groceries, gym, grand case restaurants, orient bay beach clubs, etc But you do need a car to get around as the roads are not the best to walk on. What stands out is the View from the villa - whether you are admiring with your morning coffee or you early evening cocktails. There are some tiny mosquitoes that bite so best to spray yourself morning and end of day

Family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Casa Victoire last week. The house is absolutely beautiful and had everything we could have ever needed. Very well thought out! The pool is beautiful and has an amazing view of Pinel Island and the indoor / outdoor living area was spectacular. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. House is located in between Orient Beach and Grand Case- really couldn’t ask for a better location or property! Lastly, Maly was fantastic with her communication before, during and after our trip! We will definitely look to book here again for our next trip to St Martin!

Highly recommend this excellent Villa.

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Victoire and once again Maly was the perfect host. Helping us with lunch and dinner reservations, beach chairs and so much more.The Villa itself was in a gated community and made for an easy drive to Grand Case, Orient Bay and Anse Marcel to name but a few of our favorite beach locations.Having the kayaks available, steps from the Villa made it convenient and fun for day trips to Pinel Island. For those not wanting to kayak, the pier to the ferry was under a 5 minute drive.Reserved parking, cleanliness of the Villa, comfy., beds, super views and great location with super host Maly …. Could not ask for anything more in my opinion.Bob

Amazing Vacation

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Victorie, and our trip was amazing. Maly was an incredible host, she met us at the villa upon our arrival and walked through the property with us so we could familiarize ourselves with the villa. The villa is absolutely beautiful, the pictures are beautiful for the listing but in person it is even more beautiful. There was plenty of space for our group of 6. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed.Maly was very helpful and made us reservations at restaurants and had suggestions of places to go and where to eat. Our family hopes to visit again soon.

Perfect stay at Casa Victoire!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Victoire! Maly was the very best host! She made sure no detail was missed. The kitchen had everything needed and more! The rest of the Vrbo was exactly the same down to a first aid kit. No detail was overlooked. Maly also helped us with reservations. I cannot even give her enough stars! The property is very safe and beautiful! We would definitely stay at this location again.

Gorgeous property and views!

Our family of 6 spent a wonderful week here. The pool and views were amazing and peaceful. The open air kitchen and living room were very conducive to having our group together. Maly was able to split the upstairs king bed into two twins, which made it perfect for our group. Kayaks were provided, so that made for an easy trip to Pinel Island. The gated community and gated property made us feel completely safe. The villa was very well stocked. We did have a tripped fuse and lost power, but Maly helped resolve the issue. She was also very helpful with suggestions and info on the area and answered all our questions. We used the rental car she suggested and they provided airport transportation, with our car waiting at the villa so we didn't have to maneuver to and from the airport. I left something at the villa, and she is helping get it returned. We highly recommend Casa Victorie!!
