So much to do here for up to 6 at this family friendly, quiet resort-Venture Out, a gated, secure community. Fishing, lobstering, Olymipic oversized pool, children's pool, hot tub, pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts. Rec center has ping pong, pool table and dart boards. We provide 4 bikes,2 two person kayaks, and stand up paddle boards. Boat ramp and wash down station.
We are located between Key West(20Mi)and Marathon, so this property is not to be missed. Very relaxing area and if you want more excitement, it is very close to everything you need!
We want happy guests and we demand the best...so should you! We are only two lots back from the front row on the Atlantic Ocean. Located in the lower Florida Keys at MM#30 we are 20 mi from Key West and also close to Marathon. Located in Venture Out Resort where there is so much to see and do in the most central part of the park for close distance to all amenities.
Sleeps up to 6 guests. Please note: Security will not allow more than 6 people on grounds per unit. Thank you. Security also patrols the property so it is very safe and so family friendly. Outside cameras are on property.

VENTURE OUT is an HOA and has onsite security, registration requirements and agreed upon rules and regulations. If you book this property, you agree to the Venture Out Rules and Regulations i.e.
No trailer parking under the house. One extra vehicle or one trailer can park in Venture Outs overflow lot with a daily fee subject to availability, first come, first served. Backup parking recommended for extra vehicles or trailers as trailer and extra vehicle parking is very limited in Venture Out and is not guaranteed. You should have a backup parking secured outside of the park. We will send a recommended list of outside parking vendors.
