Whether you're looking for a soothing retreat or a pleasant getaway, this property has it all. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. This is a stilt house with large sitting area downstairs screened in and also includes a nugget ice machine! This property is located midway between Kings Bay and the Gulf of America, short boat ride to scallop grounds and inshore fishing minutes from house, also great restaurants in area by boat and by vehicle. Ice Machine available upon request for a $50 fee/stay.

Boater’s Paradise truly lives up to its name. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of room to accommodate my 32’ center console, which made the trip even better. It’s the perfect setup for anyone who loves fishing and being on the water. I highly recommend this place—absolute fisherman’s paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and extremely well equipped. The kitchen is especially impressive — it has everything you could possibly need and makes cooking feel like a treat rather than a chore.The home was absolutely spotless when we arrived. Whoever handles the cleaning does an exceptional job. The bathrooms were fantastic, the water pressure was great, and we had zero issues during our stay. Everything worked exactly as it should.One thing we wish we had understood better ahead of time was the water level and the depth at the dock. We visited in February during a drought, and the water was too low for easy kayak access, so we had to find another launch point. It wasn’t a major problem, just something future guests may want to clarify depending on the season and rainfall for planning activities. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here. If we return to this area, we would absolutely look to stay at this property again.
