The property was exactly what we were looking for. With the river directly behind the cabin, it was perfect to cool off with an afternoon swim. The location was a quick drive to down town Crystal Falls. As with most rental properties in the area, air conditioning is not typical. Knowing this from growing up in the area, it was not surprising except to others in the group who were not familiar with the area. As a note to other renters, typically you do not need AC except on a handful of days when temps are unseasonably hot, especially as the nights cool off. That is when a swim in the very slow moving river is refreshing. Otherwise, the fans in the cabin take the place of AC.The kitchen supplies (pots/pans/etc) were somewhat lacking in our particular cabin based on the listing description. However, other adjacent cabins rented by others in our group were well supplied, thus we collectively had more than we needed.The fire pit, picnic table, and adjacent pavilion were all very well maintained and great additions to the property. We utilized them all. The property both inside and out was clean and ready for our stay. Excellent communications with the owner throughout the reservation process and stay.
