Fantastic stay here.. Absolutely recommend. Lovely suite with the huge sliding doors out onto the deck. One star removed for the sofas being a bit grubby in places (didn’t stop a great snooze on them though!) and it is a bit isolated- only six minutes to Cromwell but you need to plan your stay to avoid trips into town. A BBQ on the deck would be amazing.communication was excellent- shout out to Harriet for arranging an extra night.

Fabulous stay here and highly recommend it. Great value on price by Expedia. Our ground floor suite was stunning with huge sliding doors opening out on to a massive deck. The view of the Pisa mountain range was great. We were grateful for the air con. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Nice TVs. Great shower. Good communication from the property, especially Harriet. Only one piece of minor criticism: the sofas are showing their age. I’d stay here any time.

We stayed for three nights here – both the room and the bathroom are very generous in size which was great. However, the furniture is starting the feel old and needs replacing. Bed pretty comfortable and bedding nice. On the listing, it says the kitchen only has a microwave but there were not one, but two electric fry pans as well as a benchtop oven – it would have been useful if this was listed too. The air con unit kept the room nice and cool on those hot, summer days and nights! All the units are situated around an inlet – we were in an upper studio on the side opposite to the reception and we looked out across to the other units and were jealous. In the morning, we had no sun at all so it was a bit cold to sit out and in the evening, we had the full sun bearing down which was too intense and was also unpleasant. I guess it’s just the way they were laid out but if we went back, I wouldn’t want one of those units. Cromwell was only a 8-10 minutes’ drive away, which was great. On one of the nights the restaurant was closed as there was a private function, but they emailed us well beforehand to tell us which was really appreciated.

Our room was on the second floor upstairs and it was inconvenient for us to drag two bags up to our room as I was going through a difficult situation with my back injury. Hotel had no staff that could help us. We were not happy about this situation at all.
