Disappointing - we checked in to the room had not been cleaned. Dirty cups and towels on the counters we had to leave and come back! The pillows were very uncomfortable and the AC was so loud we had to get earplugs. Great location and the restaurant/ bar was very handy.

Stay was excellent. Hotel is historic and centrally located (many things are easily accessible by walking), and guest rooms are fully recently remodeled with updated, state-of-the-art technology. Grounds are kept in immaculate condition (with a Coi pond), and guest rooms are kept very clean. And Staff is readily available, courteous, and responsive. As an aside, Joe's Place, which is a short walk from the hotel, is an excellent choice for breakfast, and Taste, which is an even shorter walk, for lunch. Enjoyable stay. We will visit again.

The grounds are beautiful, but the room was small with one chair, and no desk or table for computer work. There was place in the bathroom for our toiletries, except very close to the sink (wet).

Great place for visiting great wineries & restaura

Room, #101, was fab & perfect for us. We spent 3 wonderful nights. The first night we ate at the Cattlemen’s Lounge. The second at il Cortile & the 3rd at Le Petite Canaille. The resort amenities are fab. However the young folk manning the front desk need significant retraining. The first night the front staff knew 1. nothing about the Cattlemen’s Lounge restaurant menu; 2. that there was an elevator to the 2nd floor. Finally, I never had any replies to the texts I sent to office.

Location, restaurant staff was very nice, front desk check out could be friendly but over all we’ll come again. We’ve stayed here many times thru the years.

The kidney-shaped pool was very clean and had three cabanas, hot tub, and several tables, chairs and lounges. Our 2- night stay was from a Monday to Wednesday. Great location across the street from the town square. Complimentary wine tasting was limited but located at Piccilo's (next door) at the nice top floor outside deck with views. Quiet room in building 7, except for 7:00am garbage truck. We would definately stay here again.

Such a nice property! Had a “Garden Studio” and loved the room… disliked the bathroom though. Wish there had been individual soap, lotion, etc. They offer large pump bottles of these things that are obviously refilled. Toilet paper roll fell off of it’s holder 6 times!! Shower floor was slippery. Front desk not great. Nice enough, but not very warm or welcoming. Also seemed not very well trained… just expected it to be faster and more professional. Over all though… Good!!! Location can’t be beat!
