We enjoyed our stay at the Nordic Inn although it clearly could use some updating. The staff were great and the breakfast burritos were tasty and a good way to start the day. We would return to the property if we visit Crested Butte in the future.

It was definitely a unique place to stay - we weren’t expecting the extra drive up the hill to the second property and as car-less travelers were very grateful for the free local shuttle. Views were amazing - I would recommend booking out the entire upper property with a big group since all amenities are shared within the house. But our fellow travelers were quiet and respectful-didn’t see them at all.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nordic Inn! After a long day of hiking in Crested Butte, coming back to this lodge was pure comfort. The bed was hands down the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on—we got the best night's sleep. The property is exceptionally clean, which we deeply appreciated, especially since it is so welcoming to dogs. It’s rare to find a place that is both pet-friendly and impeccably clean. They do charge a pet fee regardless of service status, but the staff was so incredibly nice and welcoming that we didn't mind. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was fantastic and convenient. In terms of noise, you might hear some plumbing sounds if someone showers in the evening, but after 10 PM, everyone goes to sleep and the entire place becomes deeply quiet and peaceful. I highly appreciate how they welcome dogs and maintain such high standards for cleanliness and comfort in a hiker-centric town. Highly, highly recommend!
