Clean beautiful room however the gentleman at front dest was very rude to my husband because we checked in at 5:40 pm and it clearly stated we had to arrive by 6pm. We did not appreciate that at all. Very nice room at a well-maintained property. Free bus transportation access to downtown was a plus we hadn't expected. Some amenities were closed, which wasn't a huge problem but we weren't told in advance so it was a surprise. Pool is inadequate - small and only 2 lounge chairs for a large property.

The staff were friendly and professional. However, there wasn't a disability room available and when we asked for a shower chair, that wasn't available either. Clearly a facility that's not ADA compliant.

Property was very clean and staff was extremely friendly. We visited in early September so it wasn't very busy. Excellent espresso/coffee on property. Short drive into town for some exceptionally good restaurants (Two Twelve).
