You will enjoy peace from the hustle and bustle of city life . It is half a mile from the St. Johns River, near the Renegade-on-the-River restaurant/Tiki bar that offers karaoke. Deer, turkey, and other wildlife can, on occasion, be seen wandering through the property. Nice for hiking, biking, hunting, etc. On 28 acres of prime land! This property also includes an outdoor pit & grill, stove & oven, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioner, fireplace/heating, coffee maker, screened-in porch, lots of shade, with chairs and a coffee table.
