The apartment is located on the ground floor, and is ideal for accommodating people who want a quality stay in a perfectly usable and accessible home, with a large private outdoor area and generously sized garage. The apartment is accessed from a well-kept courtyard; You will be welcomed by the large room with a comfortable sofa bed and television, with direct access to the private courtyard. On the left is the fully equipped kitchen, while on the right you enter the sleeping area, with a large bedroom with double bed and single bed, and bathroom with shower.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 people, and is equipped with an additional cot for children up to three years old. The kitchen equipment is more than generous, and will satisfy the most demanding guests. Considering the location and characteristics, the apartment lends itself very well to hosting elderly people, who wish to welcome their children or grandchildren who come to visit them during the weekends.

For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
