I stayed for 2 nights at Best Western Heritage, and I had a wonderful experience. I truly loved the atmosphere in the lobby; it was very neat, clean, calm, and quiet. My hotel room was excellent—very spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the beautiful beach view from my balcony. All of the staff members were very polite, friendly, professional, and helpful, especially the front office staff, Sajeda and Fardin. I would also like to specially mention Najrul Bhai, who was extremely helpful and kind. He arranged transportation for us to visit Inani Beach, and we truly enjoyed the trip a lot. Without his support and assistance, our experience would not have been as enjoyable. Thank you so much, Najrul Bhai, for your wonderful behavior and outstanding service. I truly appreciate all the efforts made by the hotel staff to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I would love to visit again in the future, and I would highly recommend Best Western Heritage to everyone who is looking for excellent hospitality and outstanding service. Thank you once again for providing me with such a pleasant experience and beautiful memories. I sincerely appreciate it.

Very clean and calm place to stay at ... I enjoyed every night there from breakfast service to the staff attending to my every need ... I will definitely stay there again and advise everyone to book a stay there you won't be disappointed.
