“Lux Living Cowes” is a delightful single-storey family home in central Cowes, near the end of a cul-de-sac, just metres from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes, and a short walk from the beach. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
A central hallway provides access to a front Loung Room (with smart TV and board games), direct access to the Garage, the fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer) and Bedroom 1, which features a smart TV, WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet). A side hallway leads to Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 (each with smart TV & BIR), a Bathroom (with bath & shower) and a separate Toilet. At the rear of the home is the large open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with smart TV) that flows out to the rear Alfresco.
Outdoor Areas
The covered Alfresco (with gas BBQ, seating for 8-10 plus 2 x sofas) overlooks the enclosed rear yard, featuring a firepit (no firewood provided) which is perfect for children. There is a Double Garage (with table tennis table & internal access to the home) and space to park 2 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in the double driveway, with additional parking available on the street.
Please note there are security cameras facing the front of the property. They do not view any private areas in the home, or the back yard.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, 900mm electric oven and 900mm electric cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There are 6 wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners in the home; one in each of the 4 bedrooms, 1 in the front Lounge and 1 in the rear Living Room, wall mounted electric heating in all 4 Bedrooms plus the front Lounge and rear Living Room.
