“Life's a Beach Shack” is a delightful single-storey family home in Cowes just a short drive or comfortable walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The long central Hallway provides access to Bedroom 1, featuring a WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet), Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 (each with BIR), a Bathroom (with bath & shower), separate Toilet and fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine and clothes dryer). At the rear of the home is the large open plan Family/Dining/Kitchen Room (with 55" smart TV, chromecast, fetch box & bluetooth speaker) that leads out to the rear Alfresco.
Outdoor Areas
The rear covered Alfresco (with gas BBQ and table & chairs for 8 people) overlooks the enclosed rear yard, which is perfect for children. While the Garage is not accessible to guests, there is parking for 1 car on the driveway, plus many street parking bays for additional vehicles (cars and/or a boat).
Across the road is the huge Shoalhaven Playground, with a family picnic area, electric BBQs, swings, slides, undercover seating, plenty of open spaces for ball games, walking and bike riding paths.

Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Lavazza pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and gas cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There are four wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners in the home; one each in Bedroom 1, Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4 and the Family room.

The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
