From the moment you drive in the circular driveway you will be impressed by this stunning residence.
THE SPACE Purposefully designed to accommodate up to 9 guests, this expansive single-level home is ideal for dual families or larger groups. Nestled at the end of an exclusive cul-de-sac on a beautifully maintained 1-acre block, the property offers space, privacy, and all the comforts of home.
The home spans an impressive 34 squares and includes a massive 14m x 11m high-clearance garage with direct access to the house—perfect for storing multiple vehicles, boats, or trailers. Additional parking is available in front of the home.
Step inside and feel instantly at home in the spacious layout, with multiple living areas designed to allow everyone room to relax. The home features 4 generously sized bedrooms, plus a fold-out sofa bed in one of the living areas to accommodate extra guests.
There are two separate living spaces. The main open-plan living and dining area offers serene views of the backyard and dam, with a dining space large enough for the whole group.
The second lounge provides additional space to unwind and includes a pool table for your entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your cooking needs, and nearby is a large laundry room with a washing machine and ample space for handling laundry during your stay.
The home features two well-appointed bathrooms, including an ensuite off the master bedroom. The main bathroom includes a bath, shower, and separate toilet for convenience.
Outside, you'll find a fantastic patio area with a BBQ and plenty of seating—ideal for enjoying the outdoors. Children will love the expansive grassy area, which overlooks a tranquil dam.
Garage access allows parking for two vehicles, with extra parking available out front.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Spacious clean house
My Client group had a lovely stay and found the house clean and spacious.
The only thing the house needs is a clothes dryer and a sturdy clothes horse.

Premium property for the family
We had a wonderful 5 nights with all the family over Christmas/New Year. Large property with plenty of space for everyone both inside and out. Premium price but you get what you pay for and we enjoyed every minute. Don’t bother with your fishing rods for the dam as the owner told us there are no fish to be caught, maybe a yabby, which was our only disappointment. The comment “bring your fishing rod.....” needs to be removed from the property brief. We had a great break and we would book again outside of the peak period.

Philip Island paradise!
What a great place to stay on Philip Island - fantastic & spacious house, beautifully presented, beautifully furnished and really well equipped, on an acre of flat open space for the kids / grand kids, with beautifully maintained gardens and a private dam (complete with a wonderful old goose and a recently born family of ducks). Amazing time had by all. Will definitely be back - for longer next time!

Fantastic property
Fantastic property, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Well stocked kitchen, great fireplace, huge house which easily accommodated our group. Amazing birdlife in the surrounding gardens and bushland. Everyone in the group agreed that we would be returning to this property in future.
