The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 30 m² flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 30 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Shower room
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron.
2 bicycles are available (parked in the veranda) in front of the entrance to the accommodation.

Outside:
- A 2x1m balcony with furniture
- A 30 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- During your stay, you'll have the chance to enjoy a wide range of activities: walks or cycle rides along the coast, to the marina or the pretty Parc d'Édit, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, swimming pool, Casino, bowling, miniature golf, skatepark, etc.
- Visit the Juno Beach museum between the sea and the flat, accessible on foot. Discovery of the D-Day landing beaches and museums
- Bike hire

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
