This is an extended stay hotel, so lots of young men probably working from town to town. We had no issues, just didn’t see many families. Nice place, clean, friendly staff. No breakfast offered, not many restaurant choices nearby.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Beds were okay, they were slanted from either oversize folks or people sitting on the edges. Both beds were like this. Thermostat keys were worn out and hard to make changes to the temp. Wish the hotel had breakfast in the morning but it was known they didn’t offer.

Don’t know if I will go back

Got there at 1030ish. No one was at the front desk, said she was helping someone with a smoke detector. Waited about 10 mins. No big deal. Was given a room 308 an seen a couple roaches in the restroom. Called down to the front desk, she was very understanding an switched our room to 208. Room was clean but I was already in a mood from seeing the roaches in the other room. Have always stayed here when coming to council Bluffs which is usually about 2 or 3 times a mth. Don’t know if I will be comfortable enough to go back.
