Come here only if you need a shower and a bed.

Great place if you just need a place to crash or you are a construction guy looking to clean up and sleep after working a long day. I put up with it because it was only me. Would not recommend for family. Place is run down. Not that clean. Room smelled of smoke and pot. Pool looked good. Breakfast was pretty good. Desk people need to be more welcoming

Having stayed at comfortable and clean Country Inn and Suites, I expected this to be a pleasant facility. Peeling paint in the bathroom, stained carpet and lack of hairdryers,I would rethink staying at Country Inn again. The room did not feel clean and welcoming. Breakfast was not appealing and when the electricity went out in the morning, we knew it was time to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place to visitors to the Omaha area. I did go to the front desk to ask about a hairdryer but my hair dried before the front desk was able to get one for me so I told her to forget the request.

The start we interacted were wonderful but there were homes in the wall stains on bedding etc. there was also a guest that repeatedly needed attention due to outburst, which was by no fault of the staff, but it did not seem like a very safe place as the staff had to run the breakfast area was very afraid because of interactions with that guest.

Pick Somewhere Else

Hotel is in rough shape. First room we were given smelled of smoke horribly. Were given a second room on the same floor that was not as bad but still smelled. It was too late or I would have forgot about the money lost and tried to find somewhere else. It was that bad. I have stayed here before and never had an issues but its always been on the lower floors. The pillows had to be like an inch or two thick. Only had to be there about 6 hours so we powered through. What a waste of $180.

Gas smell in motel; upper hallway; 2nd floor

We were greeted by a friendly gal. We got settled into our room but then I needed to go to my car to get something and so I went out to the hall. As soon as I stepped out into the halll I could smell gas. A short while later I went down to the front desk to report the smell. There were two women there and I told them about the smell. They sounded like they were familiar with the smell and said it smells like that when they turn on the heaters for the pool. I was nice and went up to my room but when I went to my hall I noticed there was a plug in air freshener in the wall probably to mask the smell. We went to sleep that night hoping and praying that we would wake in the morning and we did. The next morning we woke and went to eat breakfast and noticed the smell. After we checked out I told the gal at the front desk my concern for the smell. She thanked me for telling her and said she would report it. This is concerning and needs to be fixed ASAP.
