We ended up having dirty towels in the room, as well as a door knob which has come off by the end off the stay.

Beautiful rooms, extremely cozy and quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. The entire building was beautifully presented with many seating areas. Also very near the tramline.

Noisy

Whilst the hotel is clean and modern, our room was only a few steps away from the noisy bar with an open door between the room corridor and the bar. The air conditioning unit started making strange noises every hour, for 20 minutes at a time, from 4 in the morning. When we complained about it in the morning we were told that there was nothing to be done and we should have complained in the middle of the night, when we clearly were in no mood to walk around the hotel at that time of night.
