The room was much cleaner than my own house. I would like the AC to go a little lower as I am more comfortable and sleep better in colder temperatures, but I understand why it can't go to 60. The staff was all very friendly and competent. Ann checked me in and she was great. Ryan H. checked me out and was also very competent. I was a little disappointed at there being no scrambled eggs or real sausage patties (turkey sausage isn't my jam) at the breakfast, but the gravy did the job. Overall, a lovely stay except that my cowboys suck and lost horribly.

The staff was excellent! I really took note of Jamie in the breakfast room. She seemed to really care about the guests and was quick to offer to help in any way possible. Our needs were treated as if they were personal to her. The room was clean and well appointed. Appreciated the two sinks, one outside the bathroom itself. Between the microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and inroom ironing board, not to mention the large tv., there was nothing else you could ask for.

Comfortable and convenient stay in. Montrose

The hotel is new, in excellent condition, with comfortable bedding, large screen TV, and nicely appointed bathroom. Plenty of parking, well lit parking lot, and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

My room was comfortable, and the hotel has a pleasant lobby and breakfast space However, many things were out when I came down to breakfast at 8: sausage patties and most refrigerated items including yogurt. Potatoes were not warm. One of the coffee machines was out, and while it's great to have a machine that grinds and brews your coffee on the spot, there were people waiting and it is a little slow, so I ended up leaving and going to Starbuck's for coffee. There is at least one restaurant within walking distance, many more a short drive away. There is a Safeway next door, so this definitely a busy part of town during the day, but not at all noisy at night.

Very clean room and property. Knowledgeable staff. Downsides: room gets stuffy unless fan is running but save energy thermostats cuts off at night, hard to regulate room temperature. Breakfast on weekdays is late 6:30, should be 6am for guests that are not on vacation.
