Horrible. We weren’t able to go due to an illness. We spoke with Sandy who said we would be refunded. Instead we were charged 5 times for 1 night stay we never went too. The manager didn’t answer when we called. Sandy put in a request to have it fixed and was told we would get a full refund for all the issues we went through. Spoke to a manager 3 days later he said indeed the full amount was refunded and they are sorry it would be fixed by Tuesday. Call today speak to the manager again, says he never said that. They will only refund 2 of the 5 charges and it’s not their problem. I asked for his both and he said he doesn’t have one he is his own boss and to “get over it” told me the owner said to refund me and he did, only 2 of the 5 charges. I asked for the owner he refused. He said take it up with the bank. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD NUMBER TO THIS HOTEL.

The stay was good only a few things that were not great the number one is the bed was very uncomfortable very hard and springs could be felt in almost every position and the lights kept flickering in the bathroom other then that it was quite and clean

Stayed one night, last minute booking for my dog and myself. Dispute booking through hotels.com for a pet friendly hotel and room, I was told at check in they were out of single bed pet friendly rooms and so I had to upgrade. Front desk manager was very friendly and not his fault in anyway. In the room, TV didn’t work “said it was not connected to service” and internet was down. Got WiFi in the AM which was good for work but the TV still was out. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable, very basic and fulfilled a last minute need.

Very nice staff, and clean, comfortable bed and room. Not fancy, but had everything I needed including a hot shower, a desk, fridge and microwave. There was a vending machine and free brochures on travel destinations nearby. It was a 2 minute walk to Ross and Trader Joes and other stores in shopping center next to the motel.
