As for the room, everything was great, but the listings claim they have laundry service which isn't the case, they just have a couple of old, out of order machines. Breakfast consists only of coffee, cereal, and milk.

Breakfast was not a complete breakfast like advertised. The only protein available was small packs of peanut butter to put on the bread. There were no fruit options it was strictly carbs. Traveling with kids and having not much to pick from for breakfast made the mornings hard especially when the pictures and descriptions of what breakfast showed something different.
