The property is well situated, just a few miles from Mesa Verde interest and just blocks from Cortez's small downtown area which has some good restaurants. The King bed was reasonably comfortable. Good television, many channels -- but it would have helped to have a printed listing of major channels. The air conditioner kept the room cool but was quite noisy. The complimentary breakfast was one of the worst I've seen -- the bacon was paper thin and crumbly, the yogurt limited to two flavors. We were told staff would only clean during our 3-day stay if we made a special request, but then someone cleaned our room unexpectedly while we were out on the third day (we'd have neatened up more if we had known).
