This was an old type of motel where the doors open to the parking lot. I felt that it was unsafe because you can see light all around our door even when it was closed and we had the chain on there was a deadbolt. Also, this place was very noisy. Besides the traffic noise from outside and the people who were congregating outside our door to smoke and chat, we could hear people walking on the second floor. We had a refrigerator that made a a intermittent whining noise. The air conditioner in the wall was like a window unit that kicked on and off all night long. There was a lot of light in the room all night long. It was not dark. We found a long black hair and one set of our supposedly clean towels.

Pros: check in was quick and easy, clean enough to sleep and shower in, affordable, ice machine worked, and centrally located. Cons: bed was rock hard, there was nowhere to put the soap while showering except on the floor, AC unit was very loud, the pool was filled in with dirt and there was no mention of this on their website, continental breakfast was a huge let down, and the exterior of the property itself needs to be thoroughly picked up and cleaned of all trash.

Thieves and Crooks

Booked a refundable stay. Tried to cancel through Hotels.com a full week or longer in advance of the stay. The property deliberately refused to answer my or Hotels.com email or phone calls. Insisted on maintaining it was nonrefundable. I am still in dispute with them regarding the charge. They refuse to respond.

Hotel was fine. We showed up 10 minutes before the check-in time at 3m and were told there was no way they would check us in and to come back in 20 minutes, which meant we couldn't check in at 3pm, we had to wait until 3:10pm. They were either short-staffed or just wanting to make a point...I couldn't tell which. The room was adequate for one night.

Noisy, you can hear everything going on outside, the ac unit very noisy I can’t sleep with it on. The pillows are not full, they’re small square pillows and the pillowcases are duty. Sheets were stained.

Good Location and Comfy room

Way larger room than I expected with sofa and kitchenette area. Nice pool and hot tub. Lots of eating options nearby, with a Thai restaurant on-site. Very comfortable bed.
